DSP launching a reality show to uncover K-pop talent, featuring Hur Youngji, APRIL, KARD as special MCs!

DSP Media is partnering with JTBC Studio to create a reality program to uncover new K-pop talent!

According to a press release made by DSP Media on May 20, “Burn Up: Taking On Billboard” will be released through the JTBC Studio Youtube channel beginning late June. The show will feature DSP artists like Hur Youngji, APRIL, and KARD as special MCs!

“Burn Up” will be open to talented youth from within Korea or abroad through the Korean wave video content platform, “TTJA”. The producers will chose 30 finalists from the preliminary rounds, and those finalists’ profiles will be uploaded to the platform. Each week the finalists will take on challenges similar to survival audition shows and upload their video content to the platform, using those opportunities to grow through their experience and the love and support of fans they gain online.
